劉威 (北海王)
75年，劉威封為斟鄉侯。90年7月3日，接替劉基為北海王。96年，朝廷以劉威非劉睦嫡子、又坐誹謗，收監入京，劉威於道上自殺。
劉威（？－96年11月26日），是東漢北海王劉睦庶子、劉基庶弟。
