北锡金县为锡金的4个县之一。北锡金县面积4,226平方公里，为锡金面积最大的县。干城章嘉峰位于该县与尼泊尔交界处，海拔超过8000米。该县县治为曼甘。该地居民以尼泊尔人为主。
