土壤单胞菌属（学名：）為生丝微菌目硝化杆菌科的一属好氧或兼性厌氧发酵型革兰氏阴性杆菌。弯、分枝和芽状细胞。此属的模式种也是唯一种为寡养土壤单胞菌(Agromonas oligotrophica)。
