圣塞西勒 (安德尔省)

圣塞西勒（法語：）是法国安德尔省的一个旧市镇，位于该省北部，属于伊苏丹区。该市镇总面积9.5平方公里，2009年时的人口为103人。[1]

圣塞西勒已于2016年1月1日起和相邻的另外2个市镇合并成为"富宗谷"（）。
