奶头乐

奶头乐（英語：），又譯為奶頭娛樂或奶嘴娛樂[1]，是一个合成词，來自於英文「」（奶头）与「」（娱乐）兩詞的組合，据德国作家Hans-Peter Martin称是由美國前国家安全顾问布热津斯基创造的，特別泛指那一類能讓人著迷、又低成本、能夠使人滿足的低俗娛樂內容。[2] 用來描述一個設想：由於生產力的不斷上升，世界上的一大部分人口將會不用也無法積极參与產品和服務的生產。為了安慰這些人，他們的生活應該被大量的娛樂活動（比如網路、電視和遊戲）填滿。社會動蕩的主要因素之一是階層之間的利益衝突。那要如何避免少數得益者與大多數的底層人民間的衝突呢？方法之一是給其「奶頭」，轉移其注意力和不滿情緒，讓他們更能接受自己的境遇。可以通過觀察社會現象而窺探一二，主要表現在媒體的泛娛樂化、大眾對於娛樂和遊戲產業的高度關注和追隨等。

内容

政府通常會對有爭議的內容實施管控，然而在奶頭娛樂的體制中，只要不會撼動利益，就可以見到其對於低俗內容的放鬆，儘管有些誇張，但是確實指出貧富分化的差距。最基本例如發洩型娛樂：開放色情產業、热闹选战造勢、无休止的口水战、暴力网络游戏。或者是如滿足型，報導無聊小事（可愛動物、明星醜聞）、廉價品牌橫行（自產品牌或引進山寨手機、白牌服飾）、商品優惠活動（例如飾品、旅遊簽證）、視聽娛樂大眾化（偶像劇、動畫、好萊塢）等。這類娛樂十分受歡迎，由於生活辛苦的大眾對於此需求有所提升，使得不知不覺中，自然發生他們樂不思蜀、喪失思考能力。因此社會對於不正統的通俗文化也就變得十分寬容。而商人、政府高層們也樂見其成，透過如同一般民眾「吸奶頭」的方式，使社會中下階層著迷其中、而無心挑戰現有的統治階級。奶頭樂一方面也是社會壓力大的反照。

會發生上述結果則在於全球化世界會導致貧富差距快速拉大，80%（以上）的人將落入失敗方且無任何方法避免此一結果[3]，处置边缘化人口的最佳办法只有「围堵」（containment）。要使全球80%“边缘化”的人安分守己，20%搭上全球化快车的人可以高枕无忧，就需要采取對色情寬容、麻醉除罪化、放寬交通違規、槍枝氾濫等用低成本半满足的办法，解除被“边缘化”的人的精力与不满情绪。

评价

2018年，记者及新闻学者方可成发现“奶头乐”理论于近年在中国互联网流行卻未有出處，他并认为“奶头乐”並非刻意為之，只是低素質文化氾濫的緣故，其属于過度炒作的阴谋论，他重申“奶头乐”現象的確存在，但是著重在娛樂是否具有建設性與專業性，應該引導產業成熟發展，而非排斥娛樂本身[4]。

But what about the rest, the other 80 percent? For them the future will be very different, as one of the leaders put it, "To have lunch - or be lunch!" Mr Abigniew Brzezinski, the former advisor to Jimmy Carter, coined the word "Tittitainment." This word is a combination between "entertainment" and "tits" - American slang word for female breasts. It describes the need for plenty of entertainment and enough food to keep the world's frustrated 80 percent in a good mood! What a world to live in! We could be describing the Roman Empire just before its fall.
