姆萬紮區
姆萬紮區是坦桑尼亞的26行政區之一，位於該國北部，首府姆萬紮，西臨卡蓋拉區，南接欣延加區，東面是馬拉區，北面是維多利亞湖，面積19,592平方公里，2002年人口2,942,148。
