密苏里州议会是美国密苏里州的立法机构。密苏里州议会为两院制，包含密苏里州参议院（英语：Missouri Senate）与密苏里州众议院（英语：Missouri Senate）。密苏里州参议院为上院，共34个席位，每届任期4年；密苏里州众议院为下院，共163个席位，每届任期2年。
