张大力 (艺术家)

他在中央工艺美术学院受训。在中国学习绘画后，他去了意大利，在那里发现了涂鸦艺术。他是整个1990年代初北京唯一的涂鸦艺术家，也是凱斯·哈林和杰克逊·波洛克后第一位登上《时代》封面的艺术家。

张大力（1963年－），黑龙江人，现居住于北京，中华人民共和国现代涂鸦艺术家。

传记

从1995年到1998年，他在北京各地的建筑物上由城市当局所画意为准备拆除的“拆”字旁喷涂了2000多个自己秃顶的巨大轮廓。[1]这些图像的出现成为1998北京媒体辩论的主题。[2]

在包括纽约现代艺术博物馆（MoMA）、纽约城的国际摄影中心、法兰西的阿尔节比赛（2010年）、上海的18画廊、巴黎的马格达·达尼斯画廊、北京的四合院画廊、伦敦的当代艺术学院、奥斯陆的艺术家的房子、2006年韩国的光州双年展和北京的北京美术的很多展览上，他都已经国际性地展示了作品。他是北京的北京美术、亚特兰大的Kiang画廊、纽约城的Klein Sun画廊和东京的基地画廊的代表。

张大力已描绘了不同姿势的真人大小的100个移民工人的树脂雕塑，以指定的数字将自己的签名和作品名“中国子孙”纹身到每个身体上。他们的身体常常倒挂，表明他们生活的不确定性和改变命运的无力感。张大力的工作积极迎合中国迅速改变的环境。张大力作为北京的第一批涂鸦艺术家之一开始肖像工作，在数百幢要被摧毁的建筑的墙上喷涂和雕刻人头。张大力的工作涵盖了各种媒体，从城市艺术到收藏毛的照片和大型装置，张大力的肖像记录了在激进的发展和熔解中的文化的当代社会历史。《中国子孙》是张大力最著名的作品之一。它由15个悬挂在天花板上的树脂人物组成，每一座雕塑都是一个移民建筑工人的展现，这是一个在它最显眼的水平有助于现代化过程的广大的下层阶级。自2003年起，张大力已完成100个雕像纪念这些幕后英雄。张大力的作品不但捍卫这些临时劳动者的个人困境，还记录了中国新秩序的一个最重要的现象：贫富差距越来越大。张大力作品的人物倒挂着，显示他们的脆弱和经济受困。每个人都有一个独特的纹身、发行版本号、《中国子孙》项目名称、以及艺术家本人的认证签名——一个被解释为一个对社会工程和人口控制的机智的评论在索引艺术中的正常做法。
