杨志斌
杨志斌（1963年4月－），男，河南安阳人，中华人民共和国军事人物、政治人物，中国人民解放军空军少将，曾任军中国人民解放军空军武汉指挥所司令员，空军福州指挥所司令员，兰州军区副参谋长兼兰州军区空军参谋长，兰州军区空军善后工作办公室主任，现任中共陕西省委常委，中国人民解放军陕西省军区司令员。[1]
