橋腦（拉丁语: Pons）是腦幹的一部分，在人和兩足動物位於中腦下方、延腦上方、小腦前方。

結構

橋腦在延腦的上方和小腦前方，它位於延髓与中脑的大脑脚之間，前后缘有横沟为界；外形呈白色弓状的横隆凸；内部有大量的横走的神经纤维，连接左、右小脑半球，并有许多纵走的神经纤维束，联系端脑、间脑、中脑、延髓和脊髓，在神经纤维束之间有许多神经核。

功能

橋腦對於睡眠具有調節和控制的作用。
