珠蛋白
珠蛋白（英語：s），又称球蛋白，是含有血红素的球状蛋白质的超家族，涉及结合和/或运输氧气。这些蛋白质都包含珠蛋白折叠，有八个α螺旋片段的一种系列。两个突出的成员包括肌红蛋白和血红蛋白。这两种蛋白质都可以通过血基質假体组可逆地结合氧。它们广泛分布在许多生物体中[2]。
