祖瓦拉 /zʊˈwɑːrə/ (阿拉伯语：‎, 祖瓦拉柏柏尔语: Tamurt n Wat Willul) [3] 是位于利比亚北部地中海沿岸的一座港口城市，人口约180,000人。它位于的黎波里以西102（63英里），是努加特海姆斯省省会。主要以宰纳提柏柏尔语族为主[4]。
