秋沙鸭属[1]（學名：）是鴨亞科的一属，该属下的鸭以鱼为食。虽然秋沙鸭是海鸭，但大多是更喜欢栖居在河旁，只有红胸秋沙鸭在海边常见。秋沙鸭体型偏大，羽毛通常为黑、白、棕、绿色，冠毛蓬松，其喙长且窄，带有锯齿边缘，方便捕鱼。
