粉啮虫亚目（學名：）是啮虫目（Psocoptera）的三個亞目之一，以黴菌和腐屑為食[1]。

概說

粉啮虫亚目物種的觸角由15到17節組成，有兩節跗節[2]。

本亞目主要由兩個下目構成，分別如下[3]：

• 蛾嚙蟲下目 Amphientometae
  • 蛾嚙蟲總科 Amphientomoidea
    • 蛾嚙蟲科 Amphientomidae
  • Compsocidae
  • Electrentomidae
  • Musapsocidae
  • Protroctopsocidae，及
  • 粉嚙蟲總科 Troctopsocidae
• 小嚙蟲下目 Nanopsocetae
  • 書蝨科（Liposcelidae）
  • 粗嚙蟲科（Pachytroctidae），及
  • 球嚙蟲科（Sphaeropsocidae）

此外，近年研究亦發現本亞目其實還應包含所有蝨毛目的成員。本亞目部分物種（例如：書蝨屬 Liposcelis 的物種）在形態學上跟跳蝨很相似，亦在鳥巢中很常見，所以今日跳蝨的祖先的寄生生活很可能起源於此[2]。
