雞皇

雞皇（法式英文：Chicken à la King）是起源自法國的雞肉料理，將雞肉配以蘑菇、蔬菜和白汁，當地通常會佐以麵包及意式麵食[1]。這道菜傳到東亞地區，通常則佐以白飯，即雞皇飯。
