雞皇
雞皇(法式英文:Chicken à la King)是起源自法國的雞肉料理,將雞肉配以蘑菇、蔬菜和白汁,當地通常會佐以麵包及意式麵食[1]。這道菜傳到東亞地區,通常則佐以白飯,即雞皇飯。
