弱精症
弱精症（Necrospermia）也稱為死精症，是指精液中有活動力的精子太少，大部份的精子都沒有活動力或是死亡[1]。

弱精症可以透過精液分析來診斷，利用活力染色方式來判斷精子是有活動力、無活動力甚至死亡。
